Kyle has worked extensively in all aspects of patent & trademark law, including development of portfolios, patent & trademark prosecution before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), proceedings before the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), and high-stakes infringement litigation. His technological expertise includes complex mechanical devices, manufactured products, robotics, control systems, network architectures, sensors, computer software, telecommunications, signal processing, encryption, medical devices, optics, data compression, circuit design, renewable energy, MEMS systems, fluidic devices, consumer electronics, and predictive mathematical models. Kyle previously worked at a premier technology law firm, as a patent examiner at the USPTO, at the Robot Systems Technology Branch of NASA’s Johnson Space Center, and as a researcher in micro-cooling and fiber optic technologies.
Paul G. Stuart
Paul has over 15 years of engineering R&D experience in digital signal processing, circuit design, software development, communications, medical devices, and autonomous robotics. Paul was previously a senior embedded engineer at a product development and manufacturing company, where he was a named inventor on several patents applications. Paul also worked as an engineer for the Autonomous Robotics Group at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. During his past experiences, Paul developed products using various types of technologies, including microcontrollers, multi-core processors, analog and digital video processors, codecs, compression algorithms, custom digital video muxing/demuxing schemes, embedded Linux, Android, wireless data streaming protocols, and GPS. Paul has also developed and released several apps for the Android operating system.
